CEO
Tshilidzi Alfred Thavhanyedza is the founder and CEO of the Company. He is a seasoned professional, qualified in Human Resources Management, and Health and Risk Advisory Services. He derives pleasure from transcending the agreed upon set objectives and assigned deliverables of the Company.
He is a PhD (Human Health) candidate at the University of Kwazulu-Natal, Completed Master of Healthcare (University of Pretoria), BA SW (University of Limpopo) majoring in Psychology, Social Work, Criminology, and Postgraduate Diploma-Occupational health (UKZN). Has inter alia worked in the managed care sector, Financial sector, NPO, EAP professional providers, and has been a manager of Health, Wellness, human capital and transformation at several national and provincial organisations. Has done extensive work (in various industries including mining, manufacturing, parastatals and local government) on transformation and transversal services, health, risk, wellness and human capital both as provider and as client.
