Tshilidzi Alfred Thavhanyedza is the founder and CEO of the Company

PhD (Human Health) candidate at the University of Kwazulu-Natal, Completed Master of Healthcare (University of Pretoria), BA SW (University of Limpopo) majoring in Psychology, Social Work, Criminology, and Postgraduate Diploma-Occupational health (UKZN). Has inter alia worked in the managed care sector, Financial sector, NPO, EAP professional providers, and has been a manager of Health, Wellness, human capital and transformation at several national and provincial organisations. Has done extensive work (in various industries including mining, manufacturing, parastatals and local government) on transformation and transversal services, health, risk, wellness and human capital both as provider and as client.

Alfred has been part of respective advisory teams that implemented various programs (Health, Wellness, Gender, Youth, Disability, HIV/AIDS, STI, TB, team building, SHERQ, policy/strategy development and review, Work Ability Assessments, Research, etc) at various organizations. He has provided strategic  management and or consulting on Employee Health and Wellness Programmes for various organisations in both private and public sectors nationally.

Alfred has also presented various special programs (EAP, Shift work, HIV/AIDS, Gender, Disability, and youth), health, wellbeing & human capital papers at local, national and international conferences/seminars and has been sessional lecturer at the Discipline of Occupational and Environmental Health (UKZN). He also has extensive experience in Health and Wellness strategy development and program implementation gained at various organizations that he has done work for. Alfred is registered with various statutory institutions and professional councils/associations and a registered EAP Specialist-EAPA SA designation. He is amongst the first professionals awarded the EA Specialist, which is the Employee Assistance Professional Association-South Africa’s(EAPA-SA) highest designation. He derives pleasure from transcending the agreed upon set objectives and assigned deliverables of the Company and its valued clients
