Tshilidzi Alfred Thavhanyedza

CEO

Heading a Team Of Professionals

Tshilidzi Alfred Thavhanyedza is the Founder and CEO of the Centre for Occupational and Wellness Services, with over 19 years’ experience in human capital development, employee wellness, and health risk management across public and private sectors. He holds a Master of Healthcare (University of Pretoria), a BA in Social Work (University of Limpopo), a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health, and is pursuing a PhD in Human Health at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Alfred has led strategic wellness and transformation programs in mining, finance, government, and manufacturing, specialising in EAP, organisational and policy development, and health risk consulting. A registered EAP Specialist and among the first in South Africa to earn the EA Specialist designation from EAPA-SA, he is an accomplished researcher, conference presenter, and lecturer dedicated to creating healthier, high-performing workplaces.
